We are enjoying unseasonably warm temperatures for this time of year. How wonderful is that??

Other good news is that the west end semis are being worked on feverishly this year. Some of the newly built homes will be closing as early as 15 December.

A recent look at the "big board" in the sales centre shows that all but 3 of these new semis are sold and Larco is actively selling the model homes. There have also been crews working on landscaping for residents and many of the driveway markers are up for the snowplowing contracts many of us have signed.

Hopefully, the heavy equipment that has been a frequent feature of SoleraWest will be a memory soon and life in our new community can move towards a more normal, residential feel. Enjoy a safe and memorable autumn.
